Home / Terms of services
Effective Date: September 17, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.enhancedpatrol.com and any webpages, forms, content, features, or other online resources made available through the website (collectively, the “Website”).
The Website is owned and operated by Enhanced Patrol LLC (“Enhanced Patrol,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Website.
The Website provides information regarding Enhanced Patrol, its capabilities, and services, which may include security services, executive protection, risk assessment and mitigation, intelligence and investigative services, workplace violence prevention, training, consulting, technology-enabled security solutions, and unmanned aircraft system (“UAS” or “drone”) services.
Information presented on the Website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes and does not constitute a binding offer to provide services.
Specific services provided by Enhanced Patrol are subject to availability, applicable licensing and regulatory requirements, geographic limitations, operational considerations, and a separate written agreement between Enhanced Patrol and the applicable client.
Accessing the Website, submitting an inquiry, requesting information, requesting a quote, scheduling a consultation, or otherwise communicating with Enhanced Patrol through the Website does not by itself create a client, contractual, fiduciary, investigative, protective-services, or other professional relationship.
A client relationship is established only when Enhanced Patrol and the applicable client enter into an authorized agreement for services.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and an executed client agreement concerning services provided by Enhanced Patrol, the executed client agreement will control with respect to those services.
Security and risk-management services are intended to identify, reduce, deter, monitor, manage, or respond to certain risks. No security measure, technology, personnel deployment, assessment, recommendation, monitoring system, investigative activity, or other service can eliminate all risks or guarantee that a crime, loss, injury, security incident, emergency, unauthorized activity, or other adverse event will not occur.
Nothing on the Website should be interpreted as a guarantee or warranty of safety, security, prevention, detection, response time, investigative outcome, or any particular result.
The Website is not an emergency reporting or emergency response service.
If you are experiencing an emergency or believe there is an immediate threat to life or safety, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service.
Do not rely on a Website form, email, online request, or other electronic communication with Enhanced Patrol to obtain emergency assistance.
Content available through the Website may include general information concerning security, risk management, investigations, workplace violence prevention, emergency preparedness, technology, UAS operations, or related subjects.
This information is provided for general informational purposes only. Security requirements vary significantly based on location, circumstances, applicable law, threat environment, property characteristics, operations, and other factors.
Website content should therefore not be treated as a substitute for a site-specific assessment, professional consultation, emergency response, legal advice, or other individualized professional advice.
Information concerning investigative, intelligence, open-source intelligence, background research, threat assessment, or related capabilities is provided for general informational purposes.
Any investigative or intelligence services are performed only when legally permissible and subject to applicable licensing requirements, laws, regulations, contractual restrictions, authorizations, and the scope of the applicable engagement.
Nothing on the Website authorizes any person to use Enhanced Patrol or information obtained from Enhanced Patrol for unlawful surveillance, harassment, stalking, discrimination, intimidation, invasion of privacy, or any other unlawful purpose.
Information regarding Enhanced Patrol’s UAS or drone capabilities describes services and operational capabilities generally.
Actual UAS operations depend upon numerous factors, including applicable Federal Aviation Administration requirements and authorizations, airspace restrictions, weather, site conditions, aircraft capabilities, safety considerations, communications availability, operational requirements, and other regulatory or technical factors.
Descriptions of UAS capabilities on the Website do not guarantee that any particular operation, flight profile, coverage level, aircraft configuration, response time, or technology will be available or legally permissible at a particular location or time.
Any request for services, consultation, pricing, or a quote submitted through the Website is a request for information only.
Unless expressly stated in a written agreement signed or otherwise authorized by Enhanced Patrol, Website descriptions, preliminary discussions, estimates, proposals, or other communications do not constitute a binding agreement to provide services.
Pricing and availability may vary depending upon factors including location, staffing, risk level, scheduling, licensing requirements, equipment, travel, insurance requirements, regulatory requirements, and the scope of services requested.
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
We may restrict or terminate access to the Website when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or Website security may be threatened.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide through the Website is accurate and that you have the legal right to provide it.
Do not submit classified information, privileged information, protected health information, highly sensitive personal information, government-controlled information, security credentials, passwords, or other sensitive information through general Website forms unless Enhanced Patrol has specifically instructed you to use that method of communication.
Information submitted through the Website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
The Website may provide information about employment opportunities or permit applicants to submit employment-related information.
Submission of an application does not create an employment relationship or guarantee an interview, offer of employment, assignment, or other opportunity.
Applicants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Any employment relationship ultimately established with Enhanced Patrol will be governed by applicable employment documentation and law rather than these Website Terms.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and its contents—including text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, service marks, designs, reports, white papers, downloadable materials, graphics, software, and other materials—are owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by Enhanced Patrol and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

The Website may contain links to or integrate with websites, platforms, software, or services operated by third parties.
Enhanced Patrol does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, content, privacy practices, terms, products, or services of third parties.
A link or integration does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of the third party.
Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and policies established by those third parties.
Your use of the Website is also subject to the Enhanced Patrol Privacy Policy, which describes how certain information may be collected, used, retained, and disclosed.
By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the Privacy Policy.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ALL INFORMATION AND MATERIALS AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
ENHANCED PATROL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING THE WEBSITE, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.
ENHANCED PATROL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT WEBSITE CONTENT WILL BE COMPLETE, ACCURATE, CURRENT, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR SECURITY, INVESTIGATIVE, OPERATIONAL, LEGAL, OR BUSINESS PURPOSE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ENHANCED PATROL LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE OR YOUR RELIANCE UPON WEBSITE CONTENT.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
This limitation applies only to use of the Website. Liability arising from services actually performed for a client will be governed by the applicable client agreement and applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Enhanced Patrol LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your material violation of these Terms, or information or content you submit through the Website in violation of another person’s rights.
You are responsible for complying with laws applicable to your use of the Website.
Enhanced Patrol’s services may also be subject to federal, state, and local licensing, regulatory, aviation, privacy, security, and other requirements. Nothing on the Website should be interpreted as an offer to perform an activity in a jurisdiction or under circumstances in which Enhanced Patrol is not legally authorized to perform it.
Enhanced Patrol may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in the Website, our business practices, applicable law, technology, or other circumstances.
When these Terms are updated, the revised version will be posted on the Website and the Effective Date will be updated.
Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms and disputes arising specifically from use of the Website will be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any legal proceeding arising solely from these Terms or use of the Website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Tennessee.
Nothing in this section supersedes a governing-law, venue, dispute-resolution, or arbitration provision contained in a separate written agreement between Enhanced Patrol and a client, vendor, employee, contractor, or other party.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed as necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Enhanced Patrol’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Enhanced Patrol concerning your use of the Website.
These Terms do not replace or modify any separate written agreement governing services provided by Enhanced Patrol.
